How we select homes which are best suited for you?

Home is where your heart is... At least for the duration you're in Nepal! Therefore, we take meticulous care to only list homes that fulfil our 100+ points checklist. If they don't qualify, we don't list! And when they do, we set to improve on it

What do we do to improve it?

Based on our audit, we work with homeowners to put in place all amenities that make your life easier. We test the net, help with interior decor, check access, review security, check all plumbing and electrical and ensure that the home is in top notch before you set foot in it.

CHECK-IN TIME?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is 2pm-6pm. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check in we ‘ll do our best to have your room available.

CHECK-OUT TIME?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before or at 12pm. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll try our best to satisfy your needs.

INTERNET CONNECTION?

Free WI-FI service is available in the units.

IS THERE A LIFT?

We have different units at different places of the city. Lifts are available only in high rise apartments.

ARE THERE CAR PARKING SPACES OR A CAR PARK ?

We have different units at different places of the city. Car parking is available only in high rise apartments.

HOW MUCH DOES PARKING COST?

The car park costs are included in the room rate.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability..

WHEN DO I NEES TO PAY FOR THE ACCOMMODATION ?

Payment must be guaranteed when you check in, unless agreed otherwise on the basis of the applicable rates.

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD ?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay..
